Yantai Genuine Commercial & Trading Co. Ltd. was founded as textile buying company in Yantai (north China) for sourcing and quality control activities of ready wear (knit & woven garments mainly), fabrics, accessories, trims, zippers, promotional items etc.

Principally engaged in the textile industry and everything connected with it, but we are able to reliably provide the products from entirely different fields. What's textile and clothing accessories we mainly supply:
1) all kinds of webbing belt, ribbon and rope, such like cotton strap, polyester strap, and nylon strap. Including ready-made accessories like belt, safety belt, camera straps, dog straps etc.
2) all kinds of plastic or metal accessories for garments or other products.
3) all kinds of satin, woven, paper or other quality of labels.
4) good quality local zippers – proved by pincode customers several years. Hereby we cooperate with YKK and SHZ exclusively.
5) diverse products for special state contracts (tenders) incl. related certificates.
6) special developments based on customer´s request and several types of tailor made promotional items or sport equipments.

4) WHY TO WORK WITH GENUINE?

WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMERS DESIGN TO SHIPMENT SERVICES:

* GENUINE is able to develop ARTWORKS,  3D DRAWINGS at their end. So if customer will choose any style from our samples book and will submit their logotype, we are ready to arrange artwork or 3D drawing for his approval; before sampling at VSH end

* GENUINE has reasonable MOQ (minimum order qty) and still we are able to arrange also very small quantities for samplings etc. below MOQ for small dyeing, printing etc. surcharges only

* GENUINE service is fast either for sampling or mass productions

* GENUINE is able to develop very special items based on customers needs

* GENUINE is able to offer you good service also by any kind of customer´s claim or complaint – they are ready to give advice to customer how to avoid such trouble or replace goods on the first place  in order to respect garments production leadtime and then continue to solve trouble in effort to find our reason and mutual agreement with customer at the end. Furthermore - claims were extremely rare in previous years.

* GENUINE has also good shipping facilities, especially in cooperation with Prague-CZ office we are ready to offer to customer transport solution as well. It is also very common for GENUINE to split shipments among more destinations (any of customer`s production facilities all over the world) – then all garments will be equipped by same accessories.

* all is supervized by pincode s. r. o. (Prague-CZ) who is cooperating with GENUINE more than 12 years already.

5) DEVELOPMENTS & SAMPLINGS

SAMPLING CONDITIONS:

* all samplings & developments to be handled by pincode (PC)

* standard sampling leadtime is: cca 10-14 days + delivery (max. 3-7 days)

* final customer should pay 100% of development charges in advance = before any sampling will run. Standard qty of samples (up to cca 20 pcs.) is free of charges – customer will pay development charges  (molds etc.) in case of personalized (based on special customer´s design, incl. logotype etc.) or any other special product developments.

* GENUINE will submit artwork or 3D drawing for customer´s final approval before sampling will start, if necessary to confirm some details before molds will be opened, or before start of any other developments.

* GENUINE will deliver any samples in standard qty on their account to customer directly or through pincode Prague-CZ office

* GENUINE policy is to keep unit price of final products as low as possible, although it is personalized. Accordingly customer will pay only development charges for personalized products, but then product unit price is same as for standard  products without logotype. Therefore VSH could offer good unit price especially for higher quantities, which will meet MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). ... as for general rules for MOQ, pls refer to detail on other list of this file

* For higher quantities (cca 3x MOQ or more) – it is OK to avoid any development charges.

* GENUINE will not charge any development charges for some products like labels, strings, cords, el. bands etc., although they are personalized (based on special customer´s design).

* samples delivery will be done through Prague-CZ office usually.

6) TECHNICAL BASES (designs, artworks)

* We prefere to receive all original artworks in .CDR, .AI format. Open .PDF  files + .JPG or .PNG views are appreciated to be assured, that original files are OK.

* GENUINE is able to develop ARTWORKS, 3D DRAWINGS also at their end, but we need graphic (design) of customer`s logotype at least.

6) MOQ – MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

* GENUINE policy is to keep reasonable MOQ (minimum order qty) and still we are able to arrange also very small quantities for samplings etc. below MOQ for small dyeing, printing etc. surcharges only

* Will let you know standard MOQ/style/color by any inquiry, but if you need less qty, pls let us know your target and we will work out best offer for your customer.

* avarage dyeing or priting surcharges are around 30-40 EUR, but starts from 15 USD and until now we did not work with higher surcharge than 80 EUR for something really special in very small quantity.

* GENUINE will always try to keep in mass production original qty as agreed on Proforma Invoice – max. order quantity tolerance should be 5%.
